Group Dental Coverage
Group Dental coverage - Businesses of any size can help their employees with voluntary dental plans. We have group insurance for as few as 2 employees and those employees can be a husband and wife in their own business.
If you have a small business or work for a company of any size without dental coverage, I can help you find a plan.
Voluntary Dental Plans - a voluntary dental plan is where the employee pays all of the premium. The employer is just making it available to the employees through a payroll deduction. This is a way for you to get more benefits for less money. Since the employer pays nothing for it, I cannot imagine why every employer does not make this type of plan available to their employees.
Employer Paid Dental Insurance - an employer can elect to pay all or part of the cost of the dental insurance premiums. I realize that many businesses work on a tight margin. However, for as little as $10 a month per employee, an employer can become a hero and offer some basic dental coverage. It aids in employee retention and is a lot cheaper than a raise or Christmas bonus.
If you have a club, organization or association, we can offer you a group dental insurance plan. You will get more benefits for less money than buying an individual plan
